There are a lot of local Mozilla sites (Mozilla Argentina, Mozilla Mexico, etc) but only some of them have been added to the map so far. Even with the ones that are there now, the other nodes in the Community Sites section are getting crowded even though the specific local sites aren't displaying yet at that level of the map. http://www.mozilla.org/community/#community-sites How can we double or triple the number of local sites without squeezing out other nodes?
My current thinking on this is to make use of the new regional pages that will be created soon. More about that at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mozilla.org/Contribute/Get_Involved_Evolved/Regional_Pages So instead of trying to put all local sites into the map, we can just have the hubs for different regions (Asia, Americas, etc) point to the relevant regional page where there will be plenty of room to list as many local sites as needed. This might not be ideal since the local sites themselves won't be in the map, but people can still get to them using the map. This will also make the map work better without needing to rewrite some or all of it to scale to many more sites.
Closing as fixed based on the plan in comment #1 to point to the regional maps.
