588921 - Cannot download attachments to security-sensitive bug from BMO with shift-click

Description

[Nelson Bolyard (seldom reads bugmail)]

Go to bug 578697 (A security sensitive bug, you'll have to be a member of 
the right group to do it).  
Shift-click on the link to the one non-obsolete attachment that has an r+. 
(I'm using SeaMonkey 2, if it makes any difference). 

You SHOULD get a copy of the attachment downloaded.
You ACTUALLY get a web page that says "Access denied".

This is 100% reproducible for me.  
I think I've filed a bug on this before but cannot find it now.  

There is a workaround, but it's a pain.

I should explain, it appears that the download has succeeded.  A file is 
downloaded and given the file name you requested.  But that file doesn't
contain the attachment you expected.  It's actually the "Access denied" 
web page.
