Details

There's a bunch of locale additions for Beta 4, so we'll need to update that. Not sure on which platforms we should ship hebrew, see bug 588735.
I am going to update product-details based on http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/file/FIREFOX_4_0b4_RELEASE/browser/locales/shipped-locales but I will not put hebrew for now. Please ping me in this bug if you want hebrew back.

I've talked with Tomer and Juan, and it seems that the bugs on RTL are worst on Windows, so we'd think that shipping just linux and mac should be fine.
r72708 fixes the product-details library to support partial os support for a locale, non-supported OSes for a release fallbacks to English
r72709 adds same per OS fallback to the extended product-details class we use on the /ab-CD/firefox/beta/ pages
r72710 shows unsupported platforms per locales as 'not yet available' in all-beta.html/all.html tables
r72714 adds support for en-US platform fallback on en-US/beta/ and en-US/all-beta.html which used a different logic than localized pages.
