Currently the page is listing old builds for Windows 64-bit, whereas the ftp directory does have up-to-date builds available. Could we update the link in nightly.m.o, or remove the link to manage expectations given that we don't officially support Windows 64 builds yet?
Just for the record, 64-bit Windows is not a supported platform by RelEng. We're actively working towards getting the machinery necessary to support it, but we make no guarantees about build availability in the meantime. Bug 558448 tracks progress.
This has since been rewritten and I think works fine now. If not, please reopen.
