Can drag-move area to the right of tab bar on OS X, but not across workspaces

Details

When dragging the titlebar, I can change workspaces and the window will follow to the new workspace.

The window does not follow when dragging the area to the right of the tab bar (the aluminum looking area below the titlebar that blends in with it).
Severity: normal → S3
