We've got a few folks that showed interest in helping out with RTL aspects of bugs. Could we have an alias that completes on :rtl? I'd suggest community@rtl.bugs, with a real name of "RTL hackers [:rtl]". If there's some other pattern to follow in naming, that's fine, too.
I have created this alias as described. Resolving fixed.
