Currently, ProfileManager has some contextual (right click) options for a profile table row:

 * rename a profile; this also works when you double click on the name field

 * delete a profile; not sure if this should be a right-click option at all, though even if this is persisted then the delete key should delete the selected profile(s) [note: currently only one profile may be selected].

 * setting the profile to default via a checkbox

 * deleting a backup when its row is expanded; again, i'm not sure if this should be a right-click option, but certainly the delete key should work for this

Additionally, the following functionality should be accessible in-situ from the table display of profiles:

 * restoring from a backup

 * setting the firefox version

 * (possibly) changing the path; we haven't really flushed out how setting profile paths should work, so that would need to be specced first

Some of the menu items may be able to go away too, particularly delete and setting the app version, if it was easy and intuitive to do this in the table
This is implemented, except:

> * (possibly) changing the path;

We don't have support for moving profiles at all, will address in separate bug.
