User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b3) Gecko/20100805 Firefox/4.0b3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b3) Gecko/20100805 Firefox/4.0b3 I opened FF 4.0b3 and NoScript automatically updated without any warning or input from me. The only way I knew it updated was, when NoScript updates, it takes you to their web site. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Firefox 2. 3. Actual Results: Add-ons are updated automatically without user consent. Expected Results: The behavior should be as it was in past versions. The user should be alerted to add-ons that need updating and the user should be able to choose whether the updates should be installed. Alert the user to add-ons that need updating.
I found, what I consider the "hidden" configuration setting by double clicking on an add-on and unchecking "Automatically Update". I would suggest moving this setting to the configuration button dropdown.

As an alternative, I would like to see this setting in plain view in the main add-on window along with the preferences and disable buttons.
