First attempt is OK. Subsequent attempts hang. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to http://calcourtforms.com/forms/ca/jc/fl100 2. Click Save button - form will save 3. Click Save button again - form hangs Expected Results: Form should save on subsequent tries.
All other major browsers - Chrome, Safari (on Mac), and Internet Explorer - do not hang and will submit the unchanged form data.
The data is always submitted to the server. But if the data in the form is identical to the data returned from the server, it hangs. A workaround is to use a hidden field and add a character to it each time the data is saved.
Reporter, Firefox 4.0.1 has been released, and it features significant improvements over previous releases. Can you please update to Firefox 4.0.1 or later, and retest your bug? Please also create a fresh profile ( http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles), update your plugins (Flash, Java, Quicktime, Reader, etc) and update your graphics driver and Operating system to the latest versions available.
