Been there for months. No one seems to know the purpose, or how to get rid of it. It's very annoying & prevents info from appearing when the cursor is placed over it. Ex. on a weather map, when the cursor is placed over a county, the county name is supposed to show up. This used to work, but now this rectangle prevents this. Tried "online chat with Firefox" no help. Fix this or tell me how to eliminate it. Reproducible: Always
