Bug 583386 updated the Firefox appmenu with a "getting started" menuitem, but this is just a placeholder pending a final web page:

Justin - we probably need an engagement/web dev bug on creating the actual landing page for this, right?

The outcome here is that we're going to keep the URL and update the page for Firefox 4, so we can call this done with the stipulation that we should track the progress of the update.
