Note: You might need to have synced atleast once on your profile for this bug to reproduce.

STR:
1. Launch the Fennec browser.
2. Make sure you are not signed in to your sync account. You can make this sure by sliding your page to the left and opening up the preferences menu.
3. Slide the homepage to the right to open the tabs menu bar. Here you can see two buttons at the bottom. The right button should be disabled because you are not signed into your sync account. 
4. Look at your first page.

Actual Result:
On the Fennec start page, upon browser launch, you will see "Tabs from your other Computers"(Attachment 1 [details] [diff]). When you click on that, you will see a page that says "Remote tabs are being synced"(Attachment 2 [details] [diff]). But actually nothing is happening because you are not signed in to sync.

Expected Result:
If you are not signed into your sync account, you should get a message saying "Please sign in to your Sync account to view your tabs from your other computers" (or a similar kind of message)

WFM. This doesn't happen on Nightly.  Clicking the TFoC link in the homepage takes you to start of Connect to Sync process. Which is expected from recent setup improvement changes on mobile.
