steps to reproduce:
1.Choose a collection which has the add-on "Cooliris" added to it(https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/lekwfkjrfh-jk/will-collector-note-be-saved)
2. Edit collection->Add-ons
3.Enter Cooliris again.
Observed behavior:
Auto-complete lists Cooliris[13757] which is disabled
Auto-complete also lists add-on(") as None[14632] which is Incomplete.

-> dd. I think in the past we said we wanted all add-ons, regardless of status, on admin pages, but they shouldn't show up here.
