I did as the description said, and the page displayed properly for me.
AMD K6-2 350MHz, 64M RAM

On build id: 2000110304 the above URL shows a blank page, even if you reload it
or you start at home site url, press on francais,les offres d'emploi,go, still
you got a blank page and going backwards/fordward takes the same result, it's
also works the same way on ie5.5.
Reporter provide us more data.

I tried with a fresh install (and thus a new profile), it now works normally.
