590223 - Localize Community Map page

This bug can be used to coordinate localization of the Community Map page on
mozilla.org.  If localized text or HTML is attached, I can check this in to the
site (and we can work toward getting commit access to various localizers).

Note that the text for this page is in two different places -- the introduction to the page is in the /community/index.html file but the contents for the map or in a separate JSON file at

http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/mozilla.org/trunk/script/1.0/universe/data.json?view=log

Great, I'll be interested to see how the map looks in other languages.  We'll probably need some scripting changes here so the map knows to look for other json files.

The French and Croatian versions of part of the page have been posted at:

http://www.mozilla.org/community/index.fr.html
http://www.mozilla.org/community/index.hr.html

This includes the text in the HTML of the page but not in the JSON used for the map itself.  We'll have to figure out how to tell the map to look for different JSON files to get the rest of the page localized.

This map will also change over time so we should have a discussion about creating a more static version for localization or keeping the localizations in sync.

I just added the German localization of the Community Map page at

http://www.mozilla.org/community/index.de.html

Note this doesn't include the localized json file Michael posted.  We'll need to tweak the map itself to be aware of localized json files first.

This page is out of date and there are no plans to update it or move it to Bedrock where it could use the localization there.
