Using the new tab groups going from one tab group to another and closing a tab in the second group i get sent back to the first tab group.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make two tab groups and open some sites in them
2. Go to the first group and open a site in it
3. Go to the second group and open a site in it
4. Close the just opened tab in the second group
5. Get sent to the last tab from the first group
Actual Results:  
I am getting sent to the first tab group

Expected Results:  
I expect and i think it is logical when closing a tab to stay in the same tab group no matter what my last tab was
