User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b4) Gecko/20100818 Firefox/4.0b4
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b4) Gecko/20100818 Firefox/4.0b4

When I close Firefox, I get the prompt: "Do you want Firefox to save your tabs for the next time it starts?" I glance at the tab bar, see nothing I want to save and so click 'quit' (without saving). Oops, I forgot tab candy is hiding some of my tabs in tab groups. Ouch, my hidden tab groups are now gone.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open multiple tabs.
2.Organize them into groups via tab candy.
3.Choose a group (returning to main window).
4.Close window and get prompt.
5.Forget there are hidden tabs and choose not to save for next session.
Actual Results:
Hidden tabs are gone.

Expected Results:
Remind me of the hidden tab groups, so I could make informed decision whether to save.

This would be partially mitigated by fixing bug 589010 (and my also moving the "Group your tabs" button to the left side of tabbar where I'd be more likely to notice it when only a few tabs are showing). But I still think a warning should be added to this prompt, due to the potential loss of many open (but hidden) tabs. Something like:
"Do you want Firefox to save your tabs for the next time it starts? (Note that you have hidden tab groups.)"
Assigning to Aza for design/ux opinion. We may need to punt on this for fx4.

The ideal state is to not ask at all. Dialog boxes feel slow and clunky.

If we do have the dialog, adding the # of tabs to the text is the way to go.

This prompt is being removed over in bug 592822 in favor of always allowing users to restore on open.
