The Getting Started page (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/docs/how-to/getting-started) features and Editor's Pick pointing to an old add-on development tutorial. I think it would be best to point to the newest tutorial, which is also much more extensive easy to follow IMO: https://developer.mozilla.org/en/XUL_School
I think this hasn't been moved to zamboni yet, so I'm attaching a patch later today.

Patch V1. Feature the XUL School tutorial at the top and move the old one down
I don't think that tutorial is outdated (it was last updated in June) but I'm fine with making it less prominent.
