User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.6) Gecko/20100625 Firefox/3.6.6 Build Identifier: PTO app still lists the following as people to be contacted when submitting PTO: Karen Prescott <karen@mozilla.com>, Jill Van De Ven <jvandeven@mozilla.com>, <dportillo@mozilla.com> Dan should be removed from the list. Reproducible: Always
I think that's just because your manager is still listed as dportillo in LDAP: https://ldap.mozilla.org/phonebook/#search/tiffney You should be able to fix that at: https://ldap.mozilla.org/phonebook/edit.php
Ah, interesting. I updated my phonebook page -- should fix this for me, though I suppose it may possibly happen in the future to others whose managers leave the company. Is there a way to automate out managers that don't exist in the system any more, or nudge people who haven't updated managers after they've left? Or is doing that just kind of more trivial than it's worth?

It's possible to nudge those whose managers have left or those who have not set their manager (internally we call these folks "orphans"), but automating this is error prone and more trivial than its worth.
