Linux only ships the default plugin, while win32 ships
a bunch, including flash. Can we add flash to the
default Linux package? I think this would greatly
increase the effectiveness of this product out of the box.
Changing OS to Linux.
OS: MacOS X → Linux
Resolving WONTFIX:
a) Mozilla browser doesn't bundle non-MPL binaries such as Flash.
b) Bundling of the Flash plug-in with the commercial N6 product is determined by
confidential contractual arrangements with Macromedia and the availability of a
Mozilla-ready plug-in binary. Basically, if you want to help on this, the best
thing you can do is contact MM and lobby them to release a 100% Mozilla-ready
plug-in binary ASAP. Once such a plug-in binary is publicly available, it would
be possible for Netscape to consider shipping that with the commercial product.
