when i full screen mode, a pop tab seems to open full screen as well (this is not the case in Firefox 3) you have to get out of full screen mode to close the pop up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put browser in full screen mode and visit eBay listing with a picture
2. click on Enlarge under the picture of the item 


Actual Results:  
the pop up open in a full screen mode and can only be close by getting out of full screen mode on the pop up window.

Expected Results:  
try the same in Firefox 3, the pop up window doesn't open in full screen mode and can be close, while the browser stays in full screen.
