If I load the above url from my bookmarks, it is ok.
If I press the reload button, the right column gets larger


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
go to the url with bookmarks
press reload

Actual Results:  the right column gets larger


Expected Results:  stay the same as the first visit...
if I reload the page with my bookmarks, it is ok

regression in build 2000111408
the first time I go to the site with my bookmarks, tables are not ok... if I
press the reload button, same problem.
Most of the time, if I reload the page with my bookmarks, tables are ok.

Confirming bug. Build 2000-11-18-08-trunk on Windows 98 SE. Page looks good on
initial load. Doing a Reload distorts some tables. Resizing the window slightly
fixes the problem.

now, if I go to this page, text in the middle section (two columns) is not
displayed correctly.

after loadind this page, if I enter any other URL... let it load... and go back
to www.canoe.qc.ca with the back button, all the page is ok.

if I enter this adresse in the URL bar or throught File-->Open Web Location, the
image that is supposed to be right aligned will appear on the left with the text
over it. If I press the reload button, it will be ok

should I report this as a new bug?

when the page is slower to load (like a 56k modem connection), I am sure to see
the problem with tables not displayed correctly. (build id: 2001010410)
on my cable modem connection, I did not see any problems with the current build
I am using right now.

will be back on this problem as soon as my new internet link (adsl) is available.
