Details

There's a new version of compare-locales coming up, buggy still, but it find interesting things. Here's a preview for fx40x:

  dom/chrome/security/caps.properties
        ERROR: argument 4 `S` obsolete at line 148, column 35 within CallMethodDeniedOriginsOnlySubject

  security/manager/chrome/pipnss/pipnss.properties
        ERROR: Mixed ordered and non-ordered args at line 359, column 71 within certErrorExpiredNow
        ERROR: Mixed ordered and non-ordered args at line 361, column 91 within certErrorNotYetValidNow

These break browser functionality.
