From email: "you have a SERIOUS translation problem on https://addons.mozilla.org/ro/firefox/extensions/language-support/. You translated "Language support" in Romanian as "Suport pentru limbi" wich, translated in english, sounds like "Toungues support". Imagine that every friend of mine laughed for minutes when they saw that error. You sould translate it as "Asistenta lingvistica" or "Sprijin lingvistic". You also translated it to plural and it's not correct."

(In reply to comment #0) > From email: > > "you have a SERIOUS translation problem on > https://addons.mozilla.org/ro/firefox/extensions/language-support/. You > translated "Language support" in Romanian as "Suport pentru limbi" wich, > translated in english, sounds like "Toungues support". Imagine that That's just machine translation. > every friend of mine laughed for minutes when they saw that error. You > sould translate it as "Asistenta lingvistica" or "Sprijin lingvistic". > You also translated it to plural and it's not correct." In English, the translation for the Romanian translate we used would be "Support for languages", because of the grammar differences we switch places. In Romanian, the translation for language is the same as for tongue, there is no way around it. English itself has terms like mother tongue. What the user suggests, replacing language with linguistic is unacceptable as it has a different meaning. About the plural, it's obvious that the support is for many languages, not for one languages, so yes we have to use the plural. Looking at the page mentioned, I see right under "Support for languages" the extension "Dictionary Switcher" so I would say it's pretty obvious we're talking about languages and not tongues. About the friend's laugh, I wouldn't say that 1.2 million results on google is something to laugh about: http://www.google.com/search?q=%22suport+pentru+limbi%22 . So having all these in mind I suggest a won't fix on this bug.
Thanks for the feedback.
