I'm getting the above error message when I try to RDC into that machine. Some Googling revealed that if a connection closes without you logging off properly (eg. because my Mac laptop went to sleep) then that counts as a still open connection.
There's a way to fix it from a Windows machine, using the 'mstsc' program (google for it) but that doesn't help me... I'm connecting to that Windows machine precisely because I don't have a Windows machine myself.
Can someone reset things, please? Now that I know about this I'll try to log off properly in the future. Thanks.

Do you have the username and password for this box? Can you email it to me or on on irc?
