I just wanted you guys to be aware that when I updated to the new patch. Microsoft essentials said that I was infected with a Trojan and when I ran a anti-malware program it said that the file was from the ff-update.exe. It did not let me use firefox, internet explorer, and task manger as it was saying that they were infected. After I was able to remove it I installed a firewall but I am concerned that other people might have the same problem or this was just a random event. But when I downloaded it your virus scan should have picked it up.

Reproducible: Didn't try

It targets your web browsers and task manger as far as I could tell.
It sounds like you were infected by what sounds like a rogue anti-virus. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogue_security_software. Have your computer cleaned by a professional. This didn't come from Firefox.
