An add-on author's account was deleted as a result of bug 564568. We need to figure out why it was deleted and if others are affected.

His user id was 1798110.

This is a case of unfortunate timing.  Up until he uploaded the add-on at 11:17am on the 25th, he hadn't logged into his account in years and was flagged for deletion.

I built the delete_these_users list this morning with the latest dump available, I think the 2010.08.25 dump.  That dump's timestamp on disk is 10:25am, so it started dumping well before 11:17am.  If an account changed between the time I built the list and the time we ran it, it would hit this problem.
