Description

We are adding a transition page for people clicking on the beta download box
that will display a short message so as to measure our per locale efficiency of
promotions to come. This page will probably be used in the future as well for
normal stable releases downloads.

(Note that clicking on this link will also trigger a download)

The file to translate is in the new /download/ directory on svn in your locale
folder:

It would be nice if you could add a secret parameter which will disable to automatic redirection to download page, as the current production copy of the page is automatically redirects to a 404 error. The staging page seems to work better.

I have implemented your suggestion, you can try it here:

adding &nodownload to the url will not trigger a download.
