Before, it was instantaneous. Reproducible: Always Expected Results: Remove this progressive displaying.

If you have image.mem.decodeondraw set to true (it's still false by default), then it's bug 516320. But it is supposed to be true when 4.0 is released, so bug 516320 is important anyway. Otherwise, it's probably bug 573948 or bug 590260 or any of the other bugs they're working on.
I have “image.mem.decodeondraw” set to “false”. I see bug 573948 and bug 590260. Thanks for this information.
