Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the url bar
2. Start typing in www.google.com
3. Tap on the url bar again
4. Start typing in www.google.com

Actual Results:
I can't type into the url bar until step 4.

Expected Results:
I should be able to type into the url bar in step 2.

Ugh, this is fixed in 591151. It just hasn't landed.
