Assigning to parser component, but could be internationalization.
On a localized Chinese/BIG5 version of windows 98, <td align=right> will not
render correctly if there are extra spaces before the </td> tag. Some text is
cut off to the right. See the difference between the two test cases.
english win32 nightly from 20001103. I don't see the build number in the title
bar! Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; m18) Gecko/20001103
can someone check if this occurs on a non-localized version of windows?
See test cases below.

Sorry, I haven't been using the localized version for a while. Will try again
with latest builds in a few days. Will report back.
I haven't been around the localized machines much, but I ran Mozilla a couple of
days ago and it was rendering pages in the monospace font for CJK. And the
problem doesn't occur, although in the earlier build I had this problem in, it
rendered in Times New Roman. I'm not sure what to make of that, I guess it's a
worksforme. verify please
