When I used a profile manager(-P option), browser does not have focus at start up time

When start firefox with -P option, and start with selected profile,
Firefox.exe -P
Browser does not have focus at start up time.
So, Alt key does not work to open menubar till browser has been focused by clicking etc. (All shortcut key of browser does not work).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minefield with -P option
2. Select a profile in the profile manager and start browser.
3. Press Alt key
Actual Results:
Nothing happens.
Expected Results:
It should be focused on browser at start up time.
And pushing Alt key should open Menubar.
