This happened to me twice already: I've organized a few groups with several tabs in each. When I try to activate Panorama, all the tabs are gone. I still see the groups with their titles, but they are empty. I don't have clear steps to reproduce unfortunately. I'm using beta 4. It turns out to be related to an extension I use (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4227/). It has an option to close all tabs relative to the current one, but it also closes hidden tabs from non-active groups.
