There should be a My Favorites link in the global nav under My Collections if the user has a favorites collection.

Verified FIXED: Even though you can't delete "My Favorites" entirely, "deleting" it removes all associated/favorite add-ons, and the link to "My Favorites" appears/disappears from the global-nav menu, as appropriate.
