It would be helpful if the IMAP folder subscribe window had an "Expand All"
function (so the user didn't have to move to and click on all the "+" symbols
(recursively).

The currect subscribe dialog actually has all the folders expanded by default.
So maybe a "Collapse all" would be useful in case the whole list is overwhelming to the user (there may be thousands of newsgroups on a server).
Or it could be automatically expanded collapsed based on a threshold (like if there is more than 100 folders, start collapsed).
