592281 - Addon Restart Bar hovers behind awesomescreen when selecting notification

When choosing the addons notification option after downloading an addon, the Restart bar appears behind the Awesomescreen.

Repro:
1) install Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Linux armv7l; rv:2.0b5pre) Gecko/20100831 Firefox/4.0b5pre Fennec/2.0a1pre on Android
2) visit AMO mobile site and select a mobile addon to download (eg. "Read Later")
3) when install is complete, open prefs > addons page
4) notice the big blue restart bar at the top
5) Hop over to awesome screen.  
6) lastly, drag down the notification that showed the addon icon.  drag it back up.  Verify the restart bar is partially clipped in behind the awesomescreen

Expected:
- no restart bar behind awesomescreen

Actual:
- blue restart bar in the background

I have difficulty to reproduce it. 
I think I'm failing at step 5 where I'm unsure of what to do:
 - should I use Ctrl+L?
 - should I just click on the bottom left tools panel button to go bacj to the web view and then open the awesome screen?
 - should I do something else?
