Details

The homepage needs to display either: * The current video that is live on air.mozilla.com * Or a randomly selected archived video if no live video stream is currently available. We also will need a way to flag videos as being a featured video that should be in the pool of videos that could be randomly selected and placed on the homepage. Tagging a video as "featured" and writing a query that will randomly select one of the videos tagged "featured" should suffice.
