1.Go to the edit page of any synchronized collection(https://next.addons.mozilla.org/z/en-US/firefox/collections/nydile/f77acf2d-bce8-e7b9-065e-950ea4/edit/#users-edit)
2. Add a contributor.
expected behavior:
Users are not allowed to add contributors to synchronized collections
actual behavior:
Users can add contributors to synchronized collection

Is there going to be some sort of messaging here or do we just have a page missing the contributors tab?
