When visiting some Arabic websites such as the one mentioned in the bug report (http://www.homeless-pro.com) the Arabic letters in all the browser become unconnected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open one of the buggy websites like (http://www.homeless-pro.com)
Actual Results:  
The Arabic letters in all the browser will become disconnected

Expected Results:  
The Arabic letters in all the browser will keep connected as usual.

I tried to test with a new profile, a new machine, a new OS, it's all the same.
