592468 - One failing CalDAV calendar breaks them all

On trying to add a CalDAV calendar I don't have read-access to, all other CalDAV calendars broke at startup on Lightning 1.0b2 (Tbird 3.1.2).  Errors of form:

where the first two lines show the inaccessible calendar failing to load... and then subsequent lines showing accessible ones failing too.  Removing the inaccessible calendar subscription restored the others.

This is with Cached mode enabled on the valid calendars.

The various dodgy calendars were under davmail 3.8.1 (1361), I believe.  I'm pretty sure that this bug isn't specific to the caldav server, though...

I can not reproduce this here with Lightning from daily/nightly.
Anything else needed for that?
What are the exact steps?
