1. load https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/query
1' Camino and All are selected (no operating system is selected)
2. unselect "Camino", select "Windows"
3. stack signature [contains|v] [SlimOrbAddonDiscoverSOAN.dll]
4. click "Filter crash reports"

I may have filed a similar bug about these "default" values.

This has been resolved and can no longer be replicated. The default if no product is selected now falls back to Firefox.
