Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_standard_title 2. Mouse over "WHO" 3. See title has weird stripes at edges Actual Results: Stripes on edges of title. Expected Results: Solid title box (like in other version of FF) Will attach screenshot after creation.

This bug was reported using a pre-release version of Firefox 4. Now that Firefox 4.0.1 final has been released, can you please update and retest your bug? Hey dudes, This seems to be working for me now in Firefox 4.0.1 and 5.0 for Linux (Ubuntu 10.10), so I'm closing this bug as WORKSFORME.
