We have a mongodb box for [PNS]AMO, it's time to connect it to our code.

This bug includes:

- Add MongoDB connection vars to settings.py
- Add MongoDB monitor to /monitor

For the record, if you pip install you'll get a pymongo with some compiled C extensions, but if you use vendor/ you won't.  This is because of issues with the extensions and mod_wsgi.
