Server files referenced in CSS by "url" attribute (local <style> tag, "style" tag's attribute, or external CSS file) are not downloaded during page saving.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load http://fedushin.ru/ff_bug/aaa.html ,
2. <BODY> tag has style="background: #ccc url('./aaa.png');". It's seen.
3. Download aaa.html to local disc.
Actual Results:  
Image aaa.png is missing on local disc.

Expected Results:  
The local file "aaa_files/aaa.png" should be created.
