Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure you are NOT logged in at https://next.addons.mozilla.org/
2. Go to https://next.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/
3. Click a rate/vote (positive or negative) icon for a collection.
> An error message should appear.
If no message appears, go to Step 2 with this URL (Russian locale): https://next.addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/collections/


The message says:

or log in to your current account

"an add-ons account" should probably be "an Add-ons account".
