delete operation does not refresh the screen on win2000

Details

I am using the 2000-11-06-09-MN6 build of windows.
Open the SA for a profile.
delete any cert from Certificate|Mine|Web Sites|Authorities.
The screen does not refresh. Go back to the pane after some operation, or reopen
the SA. The cert ids gone.
One winNT and Linux , the screen does refresh. This happens on windows2000
