steps to reproduce:
1.Reset your password
2.In https://next.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/users/pwreset/2u9hu/2q2-a9a80ed6e5b3922a347d ,enter a new password
3.Leave the confirm password field blank and hit submit
expected behavior:
There is no POST when required fields are empty
actual behavior:
Submission fails with an error message but we are doing a POST

I don't think we'll have have so few bugs that this gets on the to do list. -> wontfix

This is a special case of bug 548131 anyways.
