Go full screen using either F11 or the menu option. Minimize Firefox to the task-bar. Once the windows is restored it is still in full screen mode but the only way to get out of full screen is pressing F11, the top of the screen does not show the navigation bar on mouse over.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go full screen
2. Minimize the FF window
3. Restore the FF window
Actual Results:  
It is not possible now to have the navigation bar on mouse over without exiting full screen using F11

Expected Results:  
Be able to continua flawlessly the navigation using full screen mode.

confirmed. the window origin appears to be set above the screen bounds.

The code was losing the full screen state when going from fs -> min -> fs. A regression from adding full screen size mode support in window's widget a while back.
