steps to reproduce:
1.Load https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/nydile/test-add-on-collection/
2.Create a collection name "test add-on collection"

observed behavior:
Collection gets created without a name- https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/nydile/test-add-on-collection/
