A white box appears over the Min/Max/Close controls while Accelerated Layers is enabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set "layers.accelerate-all" to "True"
2. Restart The Browser (Might not be needed to see this error.)



May be related to 593361. Not sure.

We're tracking this issue in bug 592870. Thanks for reporting it though. It's better to have a dupe than no report at all :)
